Passion & Precision

After a rewarding career serving in the Air Force, I decided to elevate my baking from a hobby to a profession. 

 

I used to love chemistry in high school (and still do) and can’t think of a better outcome for a chemical reaction than a tasty pastry!

 

I sharpened my skills at culinary school obtaining a degree in baking and pastry arts, which allowed me to master flavor profiles, techniques, and the professional precision that’s necessary to truly “kick it up a notch”. 

 

I combine that attention to detail with my lifelong passion to create truly exceptional baked goods for you to enjoy.
